The Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay Baguio

On our second night in the City of Pines, we decided to bid goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the upper session road and head on to the countryside.

Camp John Hay was fully booked due to Panagbenga Festival. Good thing the equally stunning Forest Lodge was able to accommodate us.

Each room offers a breathtaking view of the mountain range and pine forests.

Breathe in cool, fresh air. Hear the chirping of the birds. Catch the romantic sunset. Let your hair down and whisk all your worries for a while.

Definitely the best deal in baguio! The standard room only costs Php2,900 for 2 pax. Additional Php600 for extra person rate. Such a steal price! However, since it was the Panagbenga season, we had to pay the peak rate of Php4,600. But hey! it was well worth every penny.

It's always a delight to have full length mirrors (tee-hee)

A mini kitchen sink complete with personal ref and storage for china wares, water heater and utensils.

Hot and Cold Shower

Bath and bath amenities

View from the elevator hallway: Mile-Hi Center. The Only commercial arcade inside the Camp. It is a strip of delicious restaurants and outlet stores.

The twist is the trendy cafe in the lobby spearheaded by renowned culinary Chef Billy King. Opens 6am till 11pm.
Breakfast is not included in the published room rates.

Cozy and warm interiors. At the far end is the fire place, perfect for snuggling with your special someone on cold and rainy nights.

Airy and spacious lobby furnished with both modern paintings and tribal decor.

The log cabin design of the Forest Lodge radiates the traditional Baguio charm.
