Casa Verde, home of Cebu's mouthwatering Brian's Ribs, recently unveiled its newest baby! A deliciously new concept that will surely entice each and every foodie.
Welcome to The Suite Room, a hotel suite-style boutique restaurant. A trend-setting first in Cebu. It has 6 tables that can accommodate 12 persons. Diners are treated to personalized service at its finest! It's like having a personal butler that will cater to your every whim.
Reminiscent of a lavish staycation in a hotel suite, one will find all the luxurious elements of a suite room. There's a fancy chandelier for appropriate lighting.

This is where good food comes in, minus the hefty price-tag. One could opt to order ala-carte or choose from the Special Set Menu which consists of a choice between soup or salad, an entree ( sandwich, pasta or main course and dessert) for just P500!
Mixed greens with candied walnuts, grapes and strawberry vinaigrette. Salad that is fresh, light and absolutely refreshing.
Classic Mushroom Soup. Perfectly warm, creamy and hearty!
Pan-fried salmon in citrus butter sauce with mushroom risotto. It was garnished with bacon wrapped in asparagus and carrot. Such a mouthwatering gourmet dish! Absolutely divine.
Skewered Surf and Turf in Cajun Butter. I ordered mine medium well. Steak was moist, juicy and flavorsome.

For the sweet tooth: Caramel Apple Ice Cream Cake. Insanely delish!
Green Tea Ice Cream Cake. Delightfully light and scrumptious.

The room can be rented for just P5,000 consumable for 3 hours. Gather up the gang for an evening (or lunch! ) of good food and relaxing ambiance. If only they had a branch here in manila, I would definitely to throw a party here.
